Last week's weight: 174 lbs
Today's weight: 173.5 lbs
Weight loss this week: .5 lb
Total weight loss: 7.5 lbs

Week 4

Starting weight: 181 lbs
Last week's weight: 173.5 lbs
Today's weight: 171.5 lbs
Weight loss this week: 2 lb
Total weight loss: 9.5 lbs

I'm on my way to the 10 lb mark. Yay! I'm also in second place in the contest I'm participating it. Although, it is not a close second. The #1 loser is killing it. I'm hoping that provides the motivation I need to keep this moving.
